Consider Japanese Bond Rates... as example

    As of 04/19/2013
Japanese 10-yr bond is yielding 0.58%
Japanese 30-yr bond is yielding 1.54%

US Treasury Bond prices have a long way to rise before its yields fall that low.

    As of 04/19/2013
    USA 10-yr is yielding 1.73%
    USA 30-yr is yielding 2.88%

We are on the same ZIRP+QE program that Japan has been on since 1989.

    • technically this is a disaster waiting to happen.it looks like it could go back to the lows in short order.but technicals dont always control price action.but this is a bubble waiting to break.bank america analyst said the other day that he is seeing signs of inflation ,this would cause the long bond to fall big time
