BUT there is always a differnt direction at the area level. prices are high and customer counts are dropping. what to do? i see many higher ups are cashing in on options and stock sales.when we strip the internal assets that are our loyal long term people, who will to drive the mission to the promise land.......security and career building.any restaurant can server great menu items, but it is your long term loyal people that keeps repeat business.....like a home style with a twist. the twist is that we care about our employees and they want to stay and move foward with job security.
