What ever happened to biscuit and gravy/ country fried steak with mashed, etc,,,,,now its stir fry, yes we do sell more but does it drive sales.....knife and fork is great and still is a item people love........no complaints, cost is low also. how many times has the recipe changed on stir fry? our salads are the best, competion even bbq ads are pushing big salads.operating cost are high, even higher with no customers. no coupons? which is ok, but what is bringing them in with a decrease in customer service..#s dont lie..with labor deduction,,,,,,,,you can only drain the buckts for so long
has anyone had maagement raises lately without aking? Great service is #1 for repeat business...............do you have a product that guest expect while dinning. When they order turkey do they expect "homestyle"? Yes........if you go to a oriental place would you order country fried steak and expect the same quality as the "harey carey" shrimp? Basics helped use become great.........we just have to find them again!
