As a point to this, for Mike to be personally involved in having a female Area Director’s new company car delivered to her doorstep and then have a male Area Director drive home a used company car to Florida from Columbus would be another example of questionable ethics and motivation on Mike Thompson’s part, and then to out and out lie to Joe Gillen that he did not right in front of me? And then to cancel my order for my new car and have me drive a used car with 60,000 mile from Columbus to Florida? And then come to me in Columbus and say “I know you’re bummed out about driving home a used car? Then to have him bring up the fact that I got a used car in an area director meeting prior to our region GM Meeting on April 30, 2007 and have another AD ask me why Mike keeps bringing up the fact that I received a used car in front of the Area Director Group? Three times in a half hour times span on April 30, 2007? And again on May 21, 2007 at #207 in front of my General Manager prior to my year end review? My wife cringes at the thought of attending another social function where she would be exposed to Mike Thompson who would be consuming alcohol, putting his arm around her waist and squeezing her to a point of uncomfortability, meanwhile rubbing and patting her buttocks ? I have seen such behavior exhibited to a female A.D. at Sharen Weber’s retirement party. The AD was totally uncomfortable, but fears for her job! I was not the only one who witnessed this. This type of unprofessional behavior is just another example of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. We do not tolerate this in the field, why is it acceptable by corporate officers? You have other AD’S that have been called on vacation and had their job threatened, others told they are being actively replaced? And others being told they have 30-60 days to find gainful employment. These are not the actions of a leader, but actions of a professional thug! There is no trust in the open door policy from the AD level and my situation is just one example. I am giving you fair warning that the people involved and the victims of these actions have also been copied on this correspondence and they are monitoring your actions and reactions to this information. I can provide the names upon request of those people of whom I speak of upon your request.
