Since bobe is in the pork business, why not vertically grow to offer pizza? I brought that idea years ago making an early 6:30 am phone call! Dan Evans was there in his office to take my call!... with a pizza on his desk, asking himself the same question. He said reconfiguring bobe service would be difficult.
I had observed that after 8 pm, younger people needed a place to do fun dining and often on Fri-Sun groups seek to meet at a fun place, monthly, if not weekly! Maybe we need bobe to review the entry of pizzas!
