Everyday the Yum foods boys are in control is a "BAD" day for the hard working people of BE. The day is coming when they sell this company to the likes of Yum Foods then they will take their money and run. Everyday you go to work and have to do more to get less. All mgrs are now bussing tables, puting away trucks, while the Yum boys add another VP of day to the home office. When I was hired I heard about the people who made this company great. People like Roger Williams, Larry Corbin, Bob Woods. I wonder what they would have to say about what is happening in BE today. Now we have a new bonus program coming out in May. It means we will make less than we do now, because lets face it there's nothing left they can take away or cut back on. They are in the process of making most of us 3 man stores, if you don't move you're fired. Well I need to get some rest tomorrow is Sunday and I will be bussing tables, washing dishes, heaven forbid I get to talk to customers.
