This company is ready to implode. Earnings warnings possible. Restatement of their numbers over the past few years possible. CEO dumping shares. No follow-up comments by the company to Forbes sticking by the jist of their story. Arthur Andersen handling the accounting of one of their mergers.
Ladies and gentlemen, this stock is a mess. Last chance for the longs to get out while the going is good.
Actually, I think I've done a pretty good job of backing up my comments.
I've asked myself and others: What is the incentive to buy this company in this economy? And with the Forbes news placing a cloud over it? Does it deserve the market cap it has? Why did the CEO sell heavily in 2001? Why has the company gone silent since the Forbes retort was made public?
