A reverse split is believed to happen some time in the future. does any one have an idea when they might possibly do one? this is a more general question as to is their a reason for a reverse spit(ex: to help with dilution for a public offering?
RXII is divided in 159 mio shares. This is mainly due to the spin-off 1 for 1 GALE share.
From a RXII perspective this is not very practical.
In the jan 8. Webcast Mr Cauwenbergh talks about the effort to raise money within the coming Q. My guess/hope is that RXII raises money via an IPO/dillution and makes a reverse split to apply to Nasdaq listing-criterias. And takes RXII @ Nasdaq smallcap.
To my believe this move will also benefit present shareholders. Its all about valuation. Rxii valuation is low. Very low if RXII has what they claim they have. A big pharma possesing a functioning anti-scarring teqnique a la rxii will make billions of USD. But at OTC shareholdes will be conservative in what they pay pr share.
