I would say the company did, because i got the same response, and I think it came from him himself. I don't agree, but maybe they consider this filing on time, kind of like the IRS and an extension?
According to their own website, it's within 75 days of the end of the fiscal year.
"Deer files annual report with the SEC within 75 days after the end of each fiscal year. An example: Deer's 2010 annual report is due March 15, 2011. The annual report includes financials that are audited under US GAAP."
That means the max is March 15th since February had 29 days. Expect results either Wednesday the 14th or Thursday the 15th. I'm guessing they will be waiting until March 15th.
That's right because they answer you because you are pushy. Well run, conscientious company's usually only answer the pushy people. Too busy to reply to just any shareholder. Just the pushy ones. I'll give that a try.
