Around the time Checker started pumping, I sold a big chunk over 70 cents and took the profit. Just proof that Dennis Gartman rule #1 is #$%$.
I still let another big hunk ride as we watch GMXR gets its act together. The combination of Natgas recovery and Bakken with the Niobrara wildcard is just to attractive for total divestment.
Anyway, I have been looking at CXPO or SD as a new home for the profits.
CXPO looks like a bargain, but it also looks like their production stinks, and I don't care much for their recent owners from the far east.
SD has a bunch of hedgers trying to change management. Prem from Canada just bought in bigtime, so I am guessing it may be a good time to get in.
I am thinking SD, but I often miss some key point that changes my profits into losses before I can blink an eye. That is why old dogs howl.
Any thoughts out there on these CXPO versus SD?
