With this capital raise, MTG now has sufficient equity to go from now to profitability in 2014.
They can pursue a relation ship with BofA now that the litigation is behind them.
The FHA is shrinking which is good for the MI's.
I would venture to say that in the 1st quarter of 2014, we will see a price $20 per share.
If the FHA shrinks and the MI industry continues to grow, perhaps $30 per share in 2015.
mortguy, what was the verdict with the BofA thing? I never heard of a resolution. I think we all know it'll be positive after the MBIA ruling but I didn't here anything else.. Please elaborate...thanks
If FHA disappears, MTG will replace Fannie & Freddie with much higher fee and the price will reach $100 per share.
