Reason #4 of 10 why the world thinks we're nuts

    4. Forcing women to undergo involuntary vaginal penetration (otherwise called rape) with a condom-covered, six- to eight-inch ultrasound probe. Pennsylvania is currently considering that option along with eleven other states. Trans-vaginal ultrasounds undertaken with out a woman's consent are rape according the legal definition of the word. This violates a woman's bodily integrity and also constitutes torture when used, as states are suggesting, as a form of control and oppression. Women have the right not to be raped by the state.

<<I hear the Japanese have stopped recruiting nuclear engineers from New Zealand.>>

Actually, the nuclear engineers from New Zealand are pretty good--the bad candidates get screened out.

    • Me <<For example it is not a violation of the Constitution in ANY way to just go out and shoot innocent people.>>

      *******

Even more than that, it's not even a violation of Florida state law!!

      http://www.freep.com/article/20120320/NEWS07/120320020/Feds-to-investigate-death-of-Florida-teen-shot-by-neighborhood-watch-member?odyssey=tab%7Ctopnews%7Ctext%7CFRONTPAGE

Since apparently Floridians can stalk and shoot unarmed children all they want, as long as they are yelling "self defense!" while they do it, and I unfortunately have to be in Florida next week, I am going to have to treat every Floridian I see as a deadly threat and shoot them all before they shoot me. While yelling "self defense!" of course.

Verm, stay clear of Orlando / Kissimmee next week.

Hey, give pumpdy a break-- what's the worst that could happen if a nuclear power plant is designed or run by someone who doesn't know what he is doing?

If only the Japanese had installed capacitors in their nuclear power plants in the recommended way that makes the capacitors resistant to flooding, the crisis could have been averted.

Me <<For example it is not a violation of the Constitution in ANY way to just go out and shoot innocent people.>>

The Declaration is not the Constitution. And if it were, then the murderer would be protected if causing murder is something that makes him happy. (Both the murderer would be allowed to murder, and the victim would have a right not to be murdered--the "right" to pursue happiness is self-contradictory.)

<<The Const is set up to fulfil the rights in the Declaration.I>>

No, it isn't. Indeed, in the original version the Constitution gave almost no rights. The Bill of Rights was a series of AMENDMENTS.

You are just making up stuff, you freak.

But worst is that you are now lamely claiming that the Declaration is *implied* in the Constitution. Your original claim was that the Constiytution "is very specific that the citizen may not kill, except in war etc". You seem to have as little understanding of what "specific" means as you have of wha6t capacitors do in raradios. If the Constitution says it is a "very specific" way then you should be able to cite an actual quote from the Constitution. Instead you give me some weasel garbage that the Declaration of Indepence's stuff is *implied* by the Constitution.

And so of course he goes on to say: <<You are splitting hairs ,once again. >>

<<I am surprised he is not yelling that the Constitution guaranteed the right to be an engineer despite flunking out of engineering school (since that would make the loser happy). >>

Actually pumpdy wanted to run or design nuclear power plants.

    • <<It is written to enforce and uphold the concepts of the DOI. >>

Yes, the Constitution explicitly recognized slavery (counting slaves as 3/5ths of a person), even as it "upheld the concept" of the right to freedom.

Our Expert on America is teaching me so much!!!

      (((((((((((((((((((((

<<YOU want to alter the Const.>>

So says our resident failed radio repairman as he alters the constitution to include "right to pursuit of happiness" and "right to liberty" clauses that don't exist anywhere in the document.

I am surprised he is not yelling that the Constitution guaranteed the right to be an engineer despite flunking out of engineering school (since that would make the loser happy).

    • it guarantees NOTHING. It has NO legal effect. It is not enforceable. It is not LAW. It is a piece of paper with a bunch of braggy stuff on it.
      *****************************

I say it once more:the Constitution flows from the DOI.It is written to enforce and uphold the concepts of the DOI.

YOU want to alter the Const.THAT is your aim.Well,it aint goin to hold water,my very deluded friend.

    • >>The DOI guarantees "inalienable rights".Among them,the right to "life and liberty".>>

Retard, it guarantees NOTHING. It has NO legal effect. It is not enforceable. It is not LAW. It is a piece of paper with a bunch of braggy stuff on it.

So tell me, Expert on America, what happens if the govt denies you "pursuit of happiness?" What is the remedy? Is the DOI going to jump off the wall and run over to a govt official and give him a paper cut?

      Baahahahahahhahahahaahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

<<I'm no lawyer ,but it 's pretty clear to me.<<

That's for sure. You aren't even a radio repairman.

    • Since fetuses are now apparently "children,"
      **************************

The DOI guarantees "inalienable rights".Among them, the right to "life and liberty".

The SCOTUS got it wrong in Roe vs Wade.I'm no lawyer ,but it 's pretty clear to me.

(But then, they wanted to collect their pensions, right?)An angry pres might have sacked a few of them if they went agin the trend back in 1972 or whatever.
