    • I thought the movement (ha ha, get it?) to impeach Obama began about 5 minutes after his 2009 inauguration.

    • Obamacare overules the law. Does the law actually mean anything other than whatever Obama says it is on a given day? Of course the courts mainly play along. If in fact Obama actually orders the IRS not to enforce this it's really an impeachable offense - good luck with that. He's already ordered non-enforcement of laws and played lots of other games with the constitution anyways

Ahem. According to the Roberts court (from A YEAR AGO)

        Supreme Court Upholds Obamacare
        6/28/2012

The 5-4 decision found the individual mandate at the heart of the law was a tax and therefore allowable under Congress’ constitutional power to levy taxes. Roberts joined the conservative wing in finding the law otherwise would have violated the Commerce Clause, however, by exceeding the power of Congress.

I personally don't think much of Obamacare - after the single payer option was removed, its basically a huge gift to insurance companies (albeit with toothless enforcement) not to mention scoring a political point for the Chamber of Commerce.
Even so, Obamacare, aka, PPACA (Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act) is slightly better than the current US health care system...

        Example: (2012)
The cost to give birth in the US is approx $10k. (Caesarian births cost around $15k)
Next highest country is Switzerland, @ $4k (Caesarian: $5.2k

        ONLY IN AMERICA
In most other developed countries, comprehensive maternity care is free or cheap for all, considered vital to ensuring the health of future generations.

Ireland, for example, guarantees free maternity care at public hospitals, though women can opt for private deliveries for a fee. The average price spent on a normal vaginal delivery tops out at about $4,000 in Switzerland, France and the Netherlands, where charges are limited through a combination of regulation and price setting; mothers pay little of that cost.

The chasm in price is true even though new mothers in France and elsewhere often remain in the hospital for nearly a week to heal and learn to breast-feed, while American women tend to be discharged a day or two after birth, since insurers do not pay costs for anything that is not considered medically necessary.

        GAH!!

    • Stinky: What "offenses" exactly? Who is behind this "major" demand?

The first African-American president will finish his second term.

BTW, drooler, how are the scandal 'investigations' coming?

      HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

        =============================================

This post from someone who claims to be "smart". IDIOT, mcfool_chuckles is NOT "stinky". You really are a complete idiot. Stupid as a stump.

I predict a response that includes "drooler", "socially isolated", "inept", and "home schooler". The idiot actually doesn't realize that his endless repetition of the same lame name calling PROVES his lack of intellect and creativity. A complete dullard, this Gerard from Burleson.

        ROFLMFAO.

"IT BEGINS: MAJOR DEMAND TO IMPEACH OBAMA"

How exactly is it a "major" demand?

Are you also going to have him deported to Kenya?
