Benghazi report retracted by CBS. Shhhhh the Fox News Liars have not said a single word
The Fox News Liars have gone silent.
As of 1:45pm [ET], the network still has not told its viewers that the 60 Minutes report has been retracted.
Before the retraction, the Fox News Liars had aired 13 segments promoting the Benghazi report. Today they've run zero, because to the Fox News Liars, it's only news if their base (elderly white uneducated men) wants to hear it.
After over a year of delays and denial, there are finally going to be boots on the ground real congressional testimony. Will their testimony suppport the Gregory Hicks claims, who was demoted as a result of his revealing the truth. And will we learn the truth of Obama's reason for firing General Carter Ham and Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette for making critical statement of Obama administration's inactions during the enemy combatant terrorist act of war against our nation? Will we get a report of the closed door investigation results?
CIA operatives in Benghazi to appear in closed Congressional hearing
Congress has tried for more than a year to gain access to those who survived the terrorist attack on two American outposts in Benghazi, with little success. The CIA will make witnesses available to the House Intelligence Committee for a closed session.
A House Intelligence subcommittee will hear from CIA security officers who are expected to tell a much more detailed story about the terror attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans last year, CNN has learned.
The men, described by sources as former Navy SEALs, former Army Special Forces and former Marines, were under contract to guard CIA agents on the ground there.
The security officers were among those who responded when Stevens’ compound was attacked on the night of September 11, 2012.
They will appear before lawmakers behind closed doors during the week of November 11, sources told CNN.
Today, Fox News not only dominates the everyday ratings but retains that domination during big news events, such as the Boston Marathon bombing and this week’s off-year elections. Moreover, during big news, CNN is now losing to low-rated MSNBC.
As it prepared to broadcast a rare on-air correction Sunday for a now-discredited “60 Minutes” report, CBS News acknowledged on Friday that it had suffered a damaging blow to its credibility. Its top executive called the segment “as big a mistake as there has been” in the 45-year-old history of the celebrated news program.
