Reports now that the Sgt. Is a traitor, his former buddies think he should be shot.

Several of his former platoon members recall him as a traitor, who collaborated with the Taliban and
Hated America. Because of him, from 6 to 14 American soldiers died searching for him after he deserted,
Phoning bak the next day that he was in fact, deserting.
I think the RoofhitDoper has a public relations disaster, and, according to Jonathan Turley, a constitutional
    Lawyer, a serious legal proble

    • ‘Something isn’t right because he’s being labeled as a hero’
Two American soldiers who served in a platoon alongside Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Monday they believe Bergdahl deliberately walked off base, with one saying he does not want to see his former comrade “hailed as a hero.”

Gerald Sutton and Cody Full were serving in Afghanistan with Bergdahl when he vanished and was subsequently captured by the Taliban. The White House announced Saturday that Bergdahl was released after five years in captivity. The U.S. traded five Taliban Guantanamo prisoners to secure Bergdahl’s freedom.

Full told Kelly on “The Kelly File” that there is no doubt in his mind that Bergdahl deserted.

FAX BLAST SPECIAL: Impeach Obama NOW!

Full said there were “telltale signs” that Bergdahl deserted before he was captured, including that he mailed his possessions home, expressed disillusionment with the war in emails to his family and talking extensively about the surrounding terrain.

“(Bergdahl was) talking extensively to the Afghan national police in a way that was not about hearts and minds, there was an agenda there when he spoke to them,” he said.

Sutton told Kelly that he also believes Bergdahl’s disappearance was “premeditated.”

“His true motives and everything, I really don’t know he never spoke about them,” Sutton said.

Full said he does not think Bergdahl served the U.S. with honor, saying he violated his oath to his country and put his fellow soldiers at risk “when he deserted us.”

“I just don’t want to see him hailed as a hero, and I just want him face the consequences of his own actions and possibly face a court martial for desertion,” Sutton added.

    • Toobin, Turley: Yep, Obama broke the law in Bergdahl deal
Two liberals, two strikes against the president. As with all the other times the Obama White House blatantly disregards the law, they have their reasons, think they’re in the right, and give not a damn about the actual law. In this case, we have the added ridiculous hypocrisy of the man who ran against signing statements basing his breaking the law on a signing statement.

First up, Toobin via our new colleague Noah Rothman. In this clip, Toobin disconcerts Wolf Blitzer with this grave and totally factual accusation:

“I think he clearly broke the law,” Toobin said. “The law says 30-days’ notice. He didn’t give 30-days’ notice.” Toobin added that Obama’s opinion expressed in a signing statement “is not law.”

“The law is on the books, and he didn’t follow it,” Toobin added.

CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer noted that former President George W. Bush also issued signing statements even though they thought their action may not have been constitutional or legal. “But liberals were outraged by George W. Bush’s signing statements,” Toobin noted.

“You realize, of course, you’re accusing the President of the United States of breaking the law” Blitzer observed.

    • Former Fed Prosecutor: Release of Prisoners Impeachable Offense
The president ignored a law – which he signed last year – requiring him to notify Congress 30 days before releasing anyone from Guantanamo Bay
The Obama administration never told Capitol Hill until after Bergdahl was in American custody and the US Taliban prisoners were preparing to leave
A former federal prosecutor told MailOnline that while the 30-day-notice law is probably unconstitutional, putting enemy combatants back in a position to harm Americans is an impeachable offense
A White House insider said Obama administration officials didn’t anticipate how controversial Bergdahl’s rescue would be, and compared it to the 1981 release of 52 US hostages in Iran
Since Saturday several of Bergdahl’s former military comrades have said he was an Army deserter, and some have speculated that he also aimed to join with the Taliban in Afghanistan
An official Pentagon report concluded in 2010 that Bergdahl ‘walked away,’ so little effort was made to retrieve him, according to the AP
(Daily Mail) – Barack Obama broke a federal law that he signed just six months ago when he authorized the release of five high-ranking Taliban terror targets from the Guantanamo Bay detention center in exchange for the return of U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, senior congressional Republicans claimed today.

And the president may also have written a new chapter in the case for his own impeachment, according to a former federal prosecutor who helped bring the 1993 World Trade Center bombers to justice.

Well, then I guess Bush and Cheney should have been impeached, because THEY claimed that some of the people they let go actually committed additional acts of terrorism.

"American spokesmen have been asserting, as early as 2004, that newly released captives "returned to the battlefield". The story, as told by American spokesmen as senior as Vice President #$%$ Cheney, is that these captives tricked their interrogators about their real identity, and made them think they were harmless villagers, and thus were able to "return to the battlefield." Initially these government spokesmen claimed relatively small numbers of former Guantanamo captives had returned to the battlefield. On April 2, 2007, JTF-GTMO commander Harry Harris asserted that thirty former captives "resumed terrorist activities".

In a press briefing on March 6, 2007 a "Senior Defense official" commented:"I can tell you that we have confirmed 12 individuals have returned to the fight, and we have strong evidence that about another dozen have returned to the fight."

        BOMBSHELL!!

Why weren't you screaming for Cheney and Bush to be impeached, faggy,? Were you too busy drinking moonshine?

    • HOTUS welcomes islamtisation of the White House and our nation

Father of Deserter Bowe Bergdahl Claims the White House for Islam

As we reported yesterday, there is much controversy surrounding the negotiations to release Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl from Taliban forces. Today, we have even more information to share… and none of it seems good.

Something that much of the media seems to be missing but Col. Allen West caught came directly from the lips of Bowe Bergdahl’s father, and it’s pretty tellinh. Col. West received an email yesterday morning from a friend who was formerly with the CIA and is now an analyst on foreign affairs. She was watching the Bergdahl’s appearance at the White House with President Obama and had this to say –

“What none of these media is reporting is that the father’s (SGT Bowe Bergdahl’s father Bob) first words at the WH were in Arabic – those words were “bism allah alrahman alraheem” – which means “in the name of Allah the most gracious and most merciful” – these are the opening words of every chapter of the Qur’an except one (the chapter of the sword – the 9th) – by uttering these words on the grounds of the WH, Bergdahl (the father) sanctified the WH and claimed it for Islam. There is no question but POTUS knows this.”

Another aspect of the story that the liberal media has been light in covering (but may now be catching up on) can be seen in one of CNN’s latest reports. While the Obama administration and many military supporters may be happy to have Bergdahl home soon, his comrades are not so excited by the thought of his homecoming.

The sense of pride expressed by officials of the Obama administration at the release of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is not shared by many of those who served with him, veterans and soldiers who call him a deserter whose "selfish act" ended up costing the lives of better men.

"I was #$%$ off then, and I am even more so now with everything going on," said former Sgt. Matt Vierkant, a member of Bergdahl's platoon when he went missing on June 30, 2009. "Bowe Bergdahldeserted during a time of war, and his fellow Americans lost their lives searching for him."

Vierkant said Bergdahl needs to not only acknowledge his actions publicly but face a military trial for desertion under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

At least six soldiers were killed in subsequent searches for Bergdahl, and many soldiers in his platoon said attacks seemed to increase against the United States in Paktika province in the days and weeks following his disappearance.

"Any of us would have died for him while he was with us, and then for him to just leave us like that, it was a very big betrayal," said former U.S. Army Sgt. Josh Korder, who has the name of three soldiers who died while searching for Bergdahl tatooed on his back.

Many of Bergdahl's fellow troops -- from the seven or so who knew him best in his squad to the larger group that made up the 1st Battalion, 501st Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division -- told CNN that they signed nondisclosure agreements agreeing to never share any information about Bergdahl's disappearance and the efforts to recapture him. Some were willing to dismiss that document in hopes that the truth would come out about a soldier who they now fear is being hailed as a hero, while the men who lost their lives looking for him are ignored.

"I don't think I could have continued to go on without being able to share with you and the people the true things that happened in this situation," Korder said Monday. "Because if you guys aren't made aware of it, it will just go on, and he'll be a hero, and nobody will be able to know the truth."

Many soldiers on the ground at the time said insurgents were able to take advantage of the intense search for Bergdahl.

"A huge thing in-country is not building patterns. Well when you are looking for a person everyday that creates a pattern. While searching for him, ambushes and IEDs picked up tremendously. Enemy knew we would be coming. IEDs started being placed more effectively in the coming weeks. Ambushes were more calculated, cover and concealment was used," Cody tweeted.

"It was unbelievable," the soldier said. "All because of the selfish act of one person. The amount of animosity (toward him) is nothing like you've ever seen before."

That Bergdahl was freed in an exchange for five detainees at Guantanamo Bay is a further source of consternation.

"I don't understand why we're trading prisoners at Gitmo for somebody who deserted during a time of war, which is an act of treason," Vierkant said.

      It’s a good question.

In fact, we’re now hearing that Bergdahl is being investigated as a possible collaborator with the Taliban. Which would make the entire situation even more insane. Perhaps the trade becomes worth it if, if it means arresting a criminal collaborator?

Whatever the outcome, the point is that Bergdahl’s desertion cost many lives. His decision to abandon his comrades and walk off while on duty would have devastating repercussions for the men he served with and for their families. His selfish display has made orphans of children, and widows of wives. American soldiers were killed searching in vain for the cowardly comrade who slunk away…

Now, five hardened violent and evil men have been released back into the world. Five terrorist commanders will retake their place at the top of their respective terrorist networks. Five terrifying murderers will begin planning and carrying out attacks on innocent people once again…

And Bowe Bergdahl is to thank.

    • Yes a traitor dictator traded a traitor for five of our enemies. Put them all in a brown paper bag and shake it up and pour the contents of the brown paper bag onto the floor and they all come out looking the same. No surprises here.

    • Uneducated enlisted men claiming to "know" everything as constitutional lawyers.

      HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Sour grapes from uneducated white guys.

And Jonathan Turley, a constitutional lawyer, and Judge Napolitana, are, most likely not uneducated,
And they both say that the RoofhitDoper is in serious legal trouble. And Turley is not conservative by any means. They both mentioned aiding and abetting terrorism as impeachment grounds stemming
From this illegal release of 5 terrorists without permission of Congress.
