Dosn't say too much for Ruykeyser's advice.

    • Carter case only the start...the moron feldman had no comment...if they take this to the subpreme court that will open the door for thousands of cases(once the court rules against tob; they must follow the letter of law not the payoff money that the gop follows)

interest is building on the Engle money....the amount is increasing a % each month that mo delays the payout, watch for vgr to cut a deal

The Carter case didn't cost MO a cent.

"interest is building on the Engle money....the amount is increasing a % each month that mo delays the payout..."

The only way to collect/distribute the money is to bring each individual case to court. Do you think the court will order the industry to set up a desk outside the court house and hand out check to pedestrians? Besides - The Engle award (on top of the MSA) would bankrupt the industry, which is ILLEGAL in the state of Florida.

        What part don't you understand? I w i l l t y p e i t s l o w e r n e x t t i m e.

    • Yeah, one year ago some (most?) of the "smart people" were saying that:

      1. Earnings don't matter.

      2. Interest rate hikes only hurt established, old economy stocks.

      3. Tech and dot com going to the moon.

If we followed them last year, we got killed. What have they done to gain our trust when they say avoid MO??

Let me have the analysis as to why MO is overvalued or a good short!! Then do the same with technology. It is not just about the price of the stock and where it has traded in the past. Cisco looked good at 50, down from 80, and the "smart" analysists were still saying "strong buy". Now, when cisco has lost another 60% they tell me that MO is overvalued and due for a fall? Their prediction ability is suspect if you ask me, such that I am not sure that even cisco is a good value down at these prices.

Give me the analysis, not just bullshit.

    • It's because he's lost his shirt in Techs and wants to divert all the MO $$$ to Tech.

Tech will not come back until the profit comes back. It's as simple as that.

      MO HAS PROFIT.
