Insiders have been buying for the past month. And what do you want management to do? They've stabilized the company, grown revenues and diversified away from GM, and grown earnings to more than $2 bucks a share run rate. The market gives them zero credit, they can't control that. What more do you want them to do?
The only thing I would like them to do is see what interest they get from an auction of the company. I agree, operationally they have done everything they can and been pretty successful. But if the public markets do not assign a reasonable valuation to the company it is time to see if private buyers will do so.
Put the company on the block, tell your shareholders you are exploring auction of sale for the company with minimum price, or pay the shareholders a fat dividend.
Insider buying was pathetic the last month. Look at what they dumped in size over the last year. If CEO steps up and buys 100k shares, that means something esp at these prices.
Wall St short and naked short sellers are going to push this below 52 wk lows without company announcing they are evaluating strategic alternatives including the sale of the company for 20+ per share to the right suitor. A Bear raid is set in place with the put options, mark my words, company needs to speak up on strategic alternatives or consider announcing an LBO to take the company private otherwise a hostile is inevitable.
