Yes, they've lost a patent dispute with Cree, and have lost many customers as a result. Doesn't mean they're IP theives, it just means that Cree has a bigger wallet, and LEDS didn't want to spend every last dime fighting over it. Despite losing customers, the remaining customers are going to demand more from the push for lower energy costs (read the market reports). Not to mention the technical superiority of Tiwan (come on, their Asian- duh). Many have gone out of business because they couldn't survive the supply glut, so LEDS will get the extra business. If you think their not going back up to over $10, your nuts. Lastly, insiders and institutions are buying.
