The 'tariffs are meaningless' and ‘with the loophole kept in' why??? Tariffs will affect all the business and have psychological impact plus material impact on margins and subsequent stagnation and if EU adopts import tariffs the devastating effect for the Chinese will be big. They may win sooner or later in the WTO or by retaliating because their products are cheaper and improving but for the time being FSLR will gain some space for breath. The US gov knows very well that they will win some time and FSLR needs to win some time probably to join a good PV cells producer like JASO.
