Yes, I voted against the Peoples Bank of CT(PBCT) deal also and I urge all sharholders to do same as this deal is not in the best interest of the shareholder but in management's best interest.

this offering is all about insiders cashing in...end of story

i am ok with them making that obsene loot IF we the investors can make a little too , as it is they offer us bloated stock that will be sold in size to every instition,

this price range only good at min ..and it looks like ti will be done above that around 39 a 10% discount to the trading price is my guess

this deal is one sided ... NO THANK YOU

and we loose liquity as other thrifts need to be sold to raise this much dough

this deal is heavy for the whole subsector tell they start to buy back stock after ONE YEAR s time

no deal here .. no vig for new investors or so slight vig , yet the vig for insiders is 200+ m
