    I recently called peoples to find out more on refinancing @ these currently lower rates that are being offered as well as checking with other banks to see what that have to offer. With the other banks such as BAC I recieve a responce and spoke with a mortage specialist within a day. I called peoples TWICE so far and have waited now 1WEEK and I still have not heard from their mortage person. BAC was willing to close the deal the same day I skoke wwith their representative, so there is no question that I qualitify. By the way, I am currently a Peoples customer for over 15 years and up to now have enjoyed excellent service. Maybe Peoples is trying to grow to fast and is sacrifing the very element that brought them to prosperity.
