It is absolutely appalling to look at when the combination of the number of directors on the board, their compensation, Mr. Sherringham's compensation for leaving, the current stock price, the inadequate due diligence on acquisitions, the payout for these acquisitions and finally the fall in price from the IPO: $20 to $12.61. If there were a consensus on filing a class action based on those claims along, it would seem like a great idea in this climate.
