    Why the huge drop?

They slightly beat analysts estimates this past quarter. There is a disconnect between what the investment community wants from them and what they are delivering. I know their business plan is not real exciting, but they are profitable and have a clearly defined niche in the northeast which they have been gradually growing. Personally a 5.6% dividend yield based upon the current stock price is not shabby given the options.

      • People are being forced out of New York City and surrounding areas due to high cost of living. Moving to Connecticut and Rhode Island. The migration has been going on since the mid 1960's. The whole state of Connecticut has problems and they will continue to mount as people with money leave and are replaced by new comers who have no money.

It was not all that long agao when Connecticut did not even have a state income tax. They blew that away and the numbers on jobs and the general financial conditions of it's inhabitants is changing rapidly. A few enclaves of rich people in Canaan county and then, the wilderness of urban poverty.

        Have a nice day.
