...remember the old saying...and SNTA is fast running out of cash. In the drug business, cash = staying power, and SNTA doesn't have it. Even if they have great potential drugs in the pipeline, they won't be able to capitalize on them if they don't have the cash. Somebody will pick them up cheap, and current stockholders will be left holding the empty bag.
Synta is in good shape and I am anticipating a potential takeover. There has been too much buying by insiders to prove to me otherwise. I watched insiders do the same thing to Isramco when it was a dollar a share. People thought I was nuts when I bought American International for one dollar too, paying off Florida property with gains. All I'm saying is the insiders didn't pay four dollars to see a loss. I was going to make a third buy today only to see the stock move upward and not enough shares made available. Insiders were buying for much more than that earnings report, something is up. I'm waiting patiently and will use stop losses after the move.
Gosh really? Maybe you should call all the officers and directors of the company and share your observation. They apparently know nothing about it and have according to you foolishly bought 10,000-20,000 million in stock with their own money in 2010 buying SNTA Stock and only sold $12,000 worth! I am sure they will be crushed.
Cash, yes. Partnership, maybe. They've been there done that on smaller scale. Even the employees drank too much of their own Kool-Aid before last trial results. And they were wrong. Let's hope what's in pipeline is better upshot. Some buying the most stock already made fortunes and if this went to zero it wouldn't be the end of the world for them. Still nice to see buys but if/when market goes corrects AGAIn they'll go down too.
