I respecfully disagree with your opinion. hail's belief borders on absurd to call Kovner's interest a ponzi scheme. Too add, hail will get upset at me for saying it is "absurd" He is way to thin skinned.
In my opinion, his opinion of Kovner is that of dislike for those of wealth. It is obvious to me.

I would suggest, in all seriousness, that this is unfair. Hail has only expressed one instance of negative comment about Kovner - and that was clearly an expression of frustration as his (well acknowledged) short went bad due to Kovner's second vote of confidence.
Why am I defending him? Because it is beneficial for boards to have honest and reasonable sceptics and so far Hail seems all of the aforementioned (unlike our neighborhood schizo Techtrader).
Lazy? You can't serious.
It is quite obvious that your opinion on the stock is out of jealousy for Mr. Kovner, who has the ability to squeeze tiny players like you into oblivion which he will continue to do.
Taking a position on a stock because of your political beliefs is not a very smart move but people like you will continue to get crushed and then blame the wealthy.
Maybe if you would stop being so hardheaded, you could become wealthy too?
