When BMO Capital downgraded the stock, they MUST have talked to management is advance, just to get the lay of the land on the sudden departure. Clearly, management had little to say and the analyst was left very uncomfortable with the explanation. Managemen't radio-silence is the issue here. All they need to do is address the issue and put it behind them. The fact they haven't is either poor management or confirmation that the Street's worst fears are true.
