If partnership talks are advanced, then why an offering now.

    Isn't this a contradiction?

    • So your partners know you don't need them badly. Don't want to negotiate when the other side thinks you have a gun to your head. This strengthens their ability to make a deal.

      • I like how Jefferies put an 18 dollar PT and then they are the ones who are managing the offer. Predictable . I see them i run. Win some you lose some glad i was out at 5.50 at even . 2 buyouts in last 3 months SNTS and ASTX keep trucking to greener stocks. Pretty hyped on ICPT and XOMA and CLDA all have huge potential for large ROI. I liked VPHM but never pulled trigger against my guy instinct . That was a ball buster but keep trucking SNTA with results being pushed out and increasing the # of partiicpants in the trial has the hallmarks of CLSN i made a fortune on that run up and got a 1/4 of my #$%$ handed to me when i held the last 20% of that butt nugget. Still made out but my sense is this has the same type of bs trail as clsn. Any time you are adding the variable of an already approved drug it is an uphill battle to begin with. Entering a PIII if it was going to be approved by the FDA they would have been acquired by now. Adam at the street makes the statement not a single NDA has been approved by the FDA when the company has a market cap under 300 million. Until that is proven wrong its a sell. Before the lung cancer results got smaller and smaller on PFS improvmemt it was over 300 now its under i value metrics and the signs are pointing towards them extending to pay themselves and give half #$%$ data.
