"The lease is for a term of twenty years and requires annual base rentpayments of $1,575,000 during the first year of the lease. The annual base rent
escalates each year at 3%."
1'575'000 x 20 years = 31'500'000 US$
Blind bulls always spoke about 15 millions. From my perspective, I see a gap of 16 millions!!!!!!!!!!!
Each time we put u (blind stupid longs) hard facts on the table, the answer is alternatively:
moron,undereducated,vendetta queen etc.
This only shows one thing: U refuse the face the reality.
On the other hand, without idiots like u, I wouldnt be able to short at high prices!
Have a nice day continuing to lose money (as i cant imagine the opposite).
Truthfully I am a CVM shareholder and involved in commercial real estate.....I see nothing wrong with the leasing transaction. Of course they could buy the building, but I think they are trying to preserve cash that will be needed for the phase 3 study and are choosing to lease. I also though would like to see the company moving a little faster though so I understand your frustration.
First of all,i'm not a sharholder,i still hold a small short position.
Second, you didn't get my point:in a former press release, the company said:"The financial value of this transaction to CEL-SCI is about $15 million".
And the 31.5 millions are not entirely correct because i
politely omitted to count the 3% rent increase each year.
Hope u got it this time!
Good catch anhui.LOL I always knew anhui was the catcher,Cod the pitcher.I sometimes believe youd rather have CVM tank than ACEL go up.There is definitely some kind of sick vendetta you are carrying. Its not your fault Its not your fault Its not your fault Its not your fault Its not your fault let it out son Its not your fault Its not your fault Its not your fault
