OT: (sob)...now my day is totally ruined. Stever, you're so serious and hurtful...all at the same time. I was so unaware you could multi-task! Please, Stever, take me back! I'll be good. I promise.
Keeping this thread up near the top is a bashers way of keeping the mind of any invester misdirected. Each year they vote on a R/S just to have it available. No, threy have never used it, not even when the PPS was .18 cents. They have no intention or need to use it. That's my final answer.
ppip 15 ...think about your question...the company just did a secondary offering to an investor for a buck forty per share plus warrents for a buck fifty ....does an r/s make any sense at all after doing the secondary offering? Really!
No it does not, that is why I am asking. R/S concerns has been raised since last month. With the new offering and share dilution I don't know where the R/S plays in. Two can argue different ways. With the PPS over a buck, I say they don't need to. I hope that was part of the deal with the institutional investor.
But as we all know we'll never know. Was in CVM a a couple month ago and sold with a profit. Got back in at 1.67 - ouch.
No R/S please..
Why would there be a R/S? I havent heard anything about delisting or not meeting requirements. A R/S would serve no purpose. And even if it did happen, I doubt you'd see a loss of share value like the worthless penny stocks. This stock has substance. But I'll admit, a bunch o shares outstanding.
