    The 3 Year Timeframe

Since we have a genius on board this AM who opened our eyes to the possibility the P III Trial may take 3 years, it may be an appropriate time to discuss the possibility of what happens DURING the 3 year period he speaks about.
After all, he implies we may have the same result (even though their result is not yet concluded)as VVUS.
So, just what may happwen to the share price of CVM in the next 3 years not knowing if MK will be approved by the FDA?
    What do we know?
We know the PPS is about .68c or so give or take a dime.
We know the enrollment is about to start as we await approvals in various countries, at various sites. And we know, they will receive approvals, as the FDA has approved the trial.
We knoiw they will announce all or many of the site approvals adding credibility where there is some question.
We know (I think) that one day soon, one or more of our partners will actually make an announcement of some kind about their involvment, adding more credibility, especially when TEVA is a part of that announcement.
We know when 1/3 and 2/3 and full enrollment are achieved, CelSci distributes shares to Geert with no dilution, as these shares have already been issued and on the books.
We can speculate that someone, somewhere, at some brokerage firm, or some biotech newsletter will pick up the story as it unfolds.
P III cancer trials generate interest.
New cancer therapy, especially one that has a following (DNDN) already, wherein a novel approach using the immune system actually has been proven to work. It's no longer voodoo science.
Provenge is a scientific and investment banking success story.
We know we have approx 33 Million in the bank to fund a god part of the trial.
We also know there will be detractors hoping for failure.
    That's Wall Street.
All in all, do I think MK will work?
    I sure hope so.
Do I think we are in a better position than we were in 2 years ago, 3 years ago, 1 year ago?
Do I think we are in a better position than at anytime in the past?
    YES
Do I think we will be $40 per share?
    Someday?
    Maybe
Do I think we will surpass $2.10 per share?
YES, in the not too distant future. IMO, for SURE!
This is an easy one folks.
All, in my most humble opinion.

I did, it shows transaction as of 30 June ( 2 days after you were born).
Are you saying the YAHOO insider trading link is wrong?

So far, you have provided nothing , except mouth.

1-I don't give a hoot about Russia any more than you do. So to a point, I agree, however, they need drugs as much as anyone and if MK shows efficasy at their site, it benefits us all. No downside.
2-You say you are only interested in FDA approval. Well, I'll likely get bash a bit and called something, but along the way to that decision, if the PPS gets to $5.00 on other news, part of my investment will return a 10 bagger. I'll take it.
      3-Insider selling:
I got into a debate some time ago as I said Geert sold stock.
Another poster and long time investor challenged me.
It ended up I was able to show Geert sold 4000 shares, so he really wasn't much of a net seller at all.
Geert has what, about 3.5 Million shares? Sold 4000
Max is a different story. He may have had personal reasons but IF you think they get warrants and options at .48, .60, .74 & sell out at higher prices, then follow the money and sell at higher prices too!
The way I see it, the insiders, the other insiders have one way to get rich, or near rich, and that's through the ownership of this stock. It ain't on their salaries.

    • You have no idea what you are talking about, non open market are shares awarded at zero price and then are held until they are able to trade due to sec regulation they have to hold them a certain time limit. Acquisitions are NOT BUY ORDERS .Listen I do not mind having opposite opinions but you make no sense at all you are comparing acquisitions with buy orders LOOK at the SELLS

    • RE: cam...here are the insider transactions:

      http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=CVM+Insider+Transactions

Perhaps I'm not interpreting them correctly? OR YOU ARE A LIAR!

    • just one point considering insider sell

it doesn't mean much in absolute value. You need to compare sells as per their percentage of total holding : eg if a CEO sells 100% of his holdings, then you can say there is a problem. If a finance officer sells 1% of his holdings, then you can say that he needed money to buy a car. Nothing else

      Just FYI

    • Camino-One more thang for all to hear and understand.
You asked me to look at a graph. Ostensibly for the purpose to see this company was at a much higher PPS at times in the past.
      Just ADDS TO MY POINT.
We are at or near all time lows on a PPS basis and yet, this company is in better shape than at any time EVER.
Entering P III and 33 M in the bank.
Need I repeat whay I said?

      • And you said you researched CVM for the past 20 Yrs? Try again, Look at insiders trading when any positive news comes up. That should prove my point. And when it runs up let's see if you are able to unload at the target price. Let me find some news for you and get back with you later, I will post what researches have to say about cvm. Like I said before I hope they do make it thru Phase III, I do not give a s--t about Russia I want to hear FDA's approval

    • you need to look at cvm graph and stop pumping this dog up, it has traded extremely high in the late 80S and early 90S until the market deemed them untrustworthy due to their efforts in pumping up other drugs that have never made it to market. Maybe you are getting some compensation in pumping this dog up, if this is the case shame on you, it is sad to make money of the backs of the terminally ill. I hope there is a cure for all types of cancer someday since I know the effects of it and so do so many others. I have been following cvm since 1992 and all I see is insiders transaction being awarded thousands of cvm shares only to be sold within 3 months. They have been bleeding this dog dry at shareholders expense. Well enough said and I truly hope they do have the cure for neck cancer, I just do not believe it. Not after 15 yrs. of trials

      • RE:cam:Interesting, with all your knowledge(?) of CVM , this is your first post.

You sound very much like clod FRAUDer the LIAR.

" Maybe you are getting some compensation in pumping this dog up"

what about the "compensation" or, to be more accurate the money to be made bashing the stock to benefit the shorters that have sold short OVER 7 MILLION shares.

For every PENNY CVM price goes up, they lose OVER $70,000.00.

The bashing reached epidemic levels when the price went over .55.

Has anyone noticed all the "born today" bashers that are CVM "experts" have come out of the woodwork to drive the price down on lies, and innuendo?

cam is one of the bad news bears. There is NO bad news outside of this MB.

If ACEL price went to $10 based on entering P3, why shouldn't CVM see the same thing?

The SAME human GARBAGE that bashes CVM under multiple screen names pump ACEL .

      • Camino, I'm not going to get into a long drawn out battle.
Suffice to say, some here, know just how long I have been trading this. Over 20 years. So I know more than you may think about the CRAP we investors went through. All though it I learned.
My post points out FACTS. I am not pumping anything. In fact many here have me on ignore due to what they considered my rude bashing when I thought the company did some despicable things.
I think I made it pretty clear and if not, I will.
I am here for the money.
Yeah, the money. There I said it.
I posted reasonable expectation based on the facts.
I am not employed by or affiliated with this company.
I am a trader and investor.
And make no mistake about this. I am NOT pumping. I am NOT making money off the backs of terminally ill patients.
        That's just stupid.
How am I as a trader or investor making money off a terminally ill patient? I could see someone saying that about a CEO but a trader or investor? That's nuts.
        Wake up man.
        Sheesh.
