I have not seen the document but the same person that gave me the heads up that the reverse split is set for June 1 said that 58 have been enrolled and only 32 completed, the rest dropped out or died. Of course no information was gathered about how the 32 responded. The study will not be completed. The FDA will halt it because of poor enrollmrent.
First, the FDA cannot halt the study, especially those not located in the US since they don't have the jurisdiction. Second I guess we will know for sure about your credibility come June1. If no reverse split then kind of kills your credibility.
Well, you better hope what you just posted is true, since you posted it on an open message board. In open I mean open to all, including the SEC investigators who are lurking around. They have been here before, in case you are interested. They ruined one persons career in the investment business for posting false information about this company. If you are making this stuff up and posting it, I hope you enjoy investing you money in CD's, because after an SEC ban, that will be the only investment available to you.
And if that info turns out to be true it's possible he could be held for leaking insider info. Either way, I would not want to be in his shoes. Today's drop in share price might be the catalyst we've all been waiting on. I suspect we will be getting a PR later today from Geert telling us everything is okay. Check out the reaction Just Energy (JE ) had today after they issued a PR late last night regarding the unwarranted drop in that stock price over the last week.
I'm just telling you. They have been here before. The guy's name was Abella and he was posting false information while he was hyping it at the same time. He was some type of investment guru who worked as a consultant for the company and then used that insider information to post false information and send e-mails to people about what he made up. So make sure you know who you are dealing with if you are getting information. The SEC is well aware of this company. Some of the older poster here should remember what happened, it was posted all over this Message Board.
I wish the SEC was watching this company. I think they would have called for an investigation a year ago when the CEO started telliing investors that enrollmrent numbers are not allowed to be released. A blatant false and misleading statement.
