Chardon is down 4 million since the offering. Warrants will NEVER be in the money. lights out
geert sat back with a smile thinking that the offering and the bs co-partner agreement was going to propel the stock higher. Chardon as the underwriter is deep under water and they will now short this pos into the 50 cent range until they are made whole. The warrants are worthless and will always be worthless. If Geert uses the proceeds for anything other than what is exactly specified in the offering, he goes to jail. that is the only hope for redemption for longs. keep a diary on geerts salary and be prepared to show the sec, in force, what he has done to commit fraud.
CVM will never have a funding option again and they will soon be delisted. There is no possible way that he can keep the company afloat any longer. a r/s does not repair the shareholder equity side. a simple one dollar pps will not keep cvm listed. sorry, people, I think it is just about game over and I was a long just prior to the offering press release. sold at 1.55 OR 15 pennies, whichever you prefer to acknowledge. save whatyou can, cvm is going lower.
