chinese solar may stay, but stock quite likely go to 0

like stp. investor wiped out while stp plant continue to sell modules at loss and more likely other chinese solar cos forced to sell at loss.
Sad, seems chinese solar lose big in trading war. EU does not need to impose tarriff, investigate for possible tarriff shuold kill chinese solar badly. How long can chinese solars sell at loss?

    • The answer is simple. The Chinese must impose tariffs to the US and EU cars. Let us say 300% to GM cars, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Audi, etc. Everuthing will come in order and harmony. Sociologists have said that the problem of USA and Eeropean contries is the way they accept the supremacy of China. China will be the biggest economy in 10, 15 or more years. US and EU may resist with mesures like these import tariffs or they may cooperate and make joint ventures. Their choice was resistence but sooner or later they will understand that cooperation is better.

      • Wrong strategy. China should try best to avoid trading war with US and EU the same time. Without chinese gov, most of chinese solar should already BK. That cause US/EU solar to fail without that much money from gov. US impose tariffs. EU are invesitgating. Think Chinese gov is doing the right thing. Let a few chinese solar going BK, increasing price and leave some roorm to EU/US solar. Chinese is simply not strong enough to fight both.
China basically can not do much with US tarrif. To EU, chinese gov can BK a few solar and "theathen" counter tarriff to see if can avoiid tarrif from EU. If EU imporse tarrif, i do not think Chinease gove can do much at this moment.

      • There was a second filing this week on Chinese solar's dumping glass. China solars have no one to blame.
By trying to put solar companies in the EU and US out of business, they have actually slit their own throats
on their undercutting all else. Now they will pay for it with forced consolidation, except all most none of the
big solars has the money to eliminate their China competitors. Quite the quandary.
