They are the number one broadcaster as far as picking up political during 3rd and 4th quarter. Everything they own is in a hot spot for political with the exception of Buffalo and Mobile. I love this holding and am currently trying to add more.
In 2012 we will finish with 1.40 on net income and we are currently trading at $4/share, a silly valuation.
I have next year's numbers a little over $1/share. I see us finishing the year with 52 million shares outstanding. The new purchase will add 20 million dollars of after tax and after debt service cash to the bottom line next year. That is roughly 38 cents per share of NI.
If we can get the retrans train moving with the JV that thing will finally start putting cash in our pocket next year instead of taking it out.
I think a fair valuation after 2013 will be around $8-$10/share.
I tend to agree with your numbers for the most part. 20 to 25% of daily volume is pretty much company buying shares now. A lot of support as a result. We are really building a solid base between $4.05 and $4.20 and will soon be major support instead of resistance. DaninFW
