Bond deal came at 6 3/8. Will continue to buy back stock, will use most of their free cash to pay down debt. Divi 18 months away. The jv will be close to break even next year and profitable after that. Mobile tv is here, launching in select markets. I expect the stock to continue to run, best value in the sector IMHO.
