It's a great thing. Most of the political happens now and they now get the benefit of it. I thought the transaction would close after the election. I think everyone did. This is an added bonus.
Wow, I don't forecast where the price will be, what I do is have an estimate of fair value. Personally I think the stock is worth 15-20, based on the amount of free cas flow they will generate in the future.
