    My comment:
    Interesting no presence in Russia.
    I would not manufacture or do R&D in China for these reasons:
    1. China has total lack of understanding of quality control
    2. Potential loss of proprietary technology and knowledge.
    I would move these functions to India which is far more stringent, understands the importance of quality. India is far less likely to abuse proprietary knowledge privileges
    than is China. How do I know: I worked in both places for several years.
