...I keep telling these idiots to cut their losses and get out while they can. SRV will go under $1 soon as nobody that's a serious trader sees any potential in this company...

    • You've referenced JPH quite a bit, Mr. Salmon.

How is he doing these days ? How about Rottman and Wells ? Where are they and what are they doing now ? I notice that their former CFO is advancing through the ranks with SCI.

    • Interesting screen name, and I see it was established in 1998. Any chance your other name is k _ _ f ?

I'll check back today or toMorrow.

    • You posted
"First, SRV disclosed that it defrauded Jim Hunter in 1999 back when it had
enough liquidity to satisfy an adverse judgment - the same is NOT true today."

Please provide a link to back up this statement or, if no link is available, do I assume you are one of Jimmy Hunter's relatives that stands to inherit from his estate.

IF SRV had acknowledged that it had defrauded Hunter in 1999, then why is the case still in court? Either your statement is incorrect or Hunter has attorneys that are incompetent.

You then go on to espouse "The common thread is indeed a pattern of materially false and misleading
statements. Pouncer and the other company shills want to separate opinion
from fact, judge from jury, and wait for the prosecutor to serve up evidence on
      a silver platter. "

The silver platter is not required. All I ask for is for idiots like you to withhold judgement until a competent court and jury can hear the FACTS, not your half crocked theories. Although I agree that there have been problems at the Menorah locations, I withhold judgement as to the extent of the problems and the identity of the guilty parties. Unless you have personal reasons for doing otherwise, like a fired employee or a shortie, it should not be too much to expect for you to also withhold judgement. Stating an opinion that you "know" they are guilty is not appropriate.

As to the stock price, yes, I agree that the market has priced in the potential that SRV will have liability. The amount of such liability is an unknown and the market always takes the pessimistic view as it relates to stock price. Therefore, IMHO, there is more upside potential than downside since if SRV is not found to be liable with a large uninsured verdict, the market will sigh and allow this price to increase. Only time will tell.

YO - take your sorry ass back to where you came from Amigo.

    • The market is, indeed, judge and jury and the measly price of $2 bucks and change may prove a great opportunity. Im not waiting for $45/share but 41/2 may be in the cards. In the meantime $100 per day in trading equals $25,000 per annum, not a bad return on an investment of no more than five thousand dollars. Over 4.12 I may even take a larger position. Good luck waiting for BK.

    • Treat employees as such, anytime CEO ha bodyguards and escorted to car and bullet proof office, go figure!

    • Yo Service Corpse Shill:

First, SRV disclosed that it defrauded Jim Hunter in 1999 back when it had enough liquidity to satisfy an adverse judgment - the same is NOT true today.

The insurance companies will not bail out Service Corpse for the desecration at Menorah Gardens & Funeral Chapels. Criminal actions will result in jail time, and the press will destroy the image and reputation of a company already held in ill-repute.

The common thread is indeed a pattern of materially false and misleading statements. Pouncer and the other company shills want to separate opinion from fact, judge from jury, and wait for the prosecutor to serve up evidence on a silver platter.

Here's a little revelation for you: the market is the judge, jury, defender and prosecutor, the measly price of $2 bucks and change is the real-time verdict. The fall from 1998's $45/share reflects the fact that Service Corpse is junk, near bankruptcy, and has lost all credibility.

    • Sorry, that message below was for you.

    • the truck already hit.

That is all I need to end the evening! The truck had hit, the second shoe will drop, the company is in the body shop has it's work cut out for em and Missy doesnt post!

Pouncer does not foams off at the mouth and does not hate. He is, however, outraged at the undocumented, malevolent crap some spread here about SCI.

Ya said ya bot at 2.90 some more at 2.60.........great profit margin there but WHERE IS THAT 20 GRAND GONNA COME FROM?

From an occasional rise in the price of the stock. The 20 thousand is predicated on grinding out $400 per week but is no guarantee. If you check you will find that I sold at 2.90 shares which I had purchased earlier at a lower price. This evening Im long 2000 shares and have loss. Good Luck to you too!

    • Ted.......get real..... the truck already hit.
From here on in the body shop has it's work cut out for em.
Once a chasis is bent the darn thing never drives the same.Imho
Far as that hatred stuff........interesting when Pouncer foams off at the mouth at other posters.....hatred is ok by you eh?
      Ever hear of tollerance?
Ya said ya bot at 2.90 some more at 2.60.........great profit margin there but WHERE IS THAT 20 GRAND GONNA COME FROM?
