This is the first time, in my memory, that SRV has chosen to release it's earnings before the market opens.
While there is no way of knowing for sure, I would take this as good news.
As even Ray has agreed, they have beaten estimates 3 out of the past 4 quarters now, and this could make it 4 out of 5. There are portfolio management tools which track such things, I'm sure you folks are aware of this.
If they can beat 9 cents, then SRV will show up on numerous radar screens. And the question that many of these portfolio managers will ask themselves is what will they use that $200,000,000 in free cash flow for next year?
Will they buy back stock? Or will they continue to reduce debt? Or will they buy or build or both? In the current market, that cash will go a long way.
BTW, I may have mentioned this b4....
a securities lawyer has advised me that SRV will likely want Menorah to go ahead as a class action, rather than dozens or hundreds of seperate cases. Reason being, easier to settle and cheaper to manage. Let's hope that a class is declared.
Good luck folks.
I'd like to invite you techs out here to review SRV's recent chart pattern. A nearly perfect head and shoulders pattern,( with a higher right shoulder ), followed by a nice double bottom at $3.05. It appears that SRV is moving North of $3.90 in the near term. As for it's weakness causing it to bounce off it's support levels, I'd argue that the DOW dropping 1,200 points in the last 6 weeks had alot to do with that....thank goodness it appears to have held.
Bless you Baddy...BLESS you...
Long live the Man in our minds & on this " bored "..Have no doubt friend he is looking down and guiding the hand at a Solicitors office as I write....mmmmmmmmmm'
Now I am STUPID ...so please please " elaborate "...( Not on the stuffed Goose but your obvious emotional link & knowledge to the matter of Mr Hartman )...Come on BIG SHOT...now is your day to finaly shine and get a chance to wipe the dribble of ya chin...
It's all your floor now...so OUT WITH IT !!
Perhaps you are correct!Dunno
However should the "suicide" be tied to any pending court proceedings I would have to assume everything becomes public record.......No?
Not saying there is any substance here to that possibility.....just discussion on the topic.
I would have to think if Mrs. Hartmann wished to share the details of the incident publicly she would be free to do so.Wouldn't she???
Contrary to what Lisa or another poster mentioned, the fact is, the public has the right to know absolutely NOTHING in the case.
You have to believe a thorough autopsy was completed, and that also included toxicology exams, and all proof to rule out a homocide.
MRS. HARTMAN, is the ONLY person entitled to any information contained in the autopsy report, as it certainly is not public record.
Now, when the inquest is complete, its a done deal. All Mrs. Hartman could attempt is litigation against SCI that may or may not prove that SCI was responsible for the suicide. But again, the odds of hitting the "Power Ball" jackpot are better than winning this type of civil suit.
