    EPS Release Upcoming

This is the first time, in my memory, that SRV has chosen to release it's earnings before the market opens.

While there is no way of knowing for sure, I would take this as good news.

As even Ray has agreed, they have beaten estimates 3 out of the past 4 quarters now, and this could make it 4 out of 5. There are portfolio management tools which track such things, I'm sure you folks are aware of this.

If they can beat 9 cents, then SRV will show up on numerous radar screens. And the question that many of these portfolio managers will ask themselves is what will they use that $200,000,000 in free cash flow for next year?
Will they buy back stock? Or will they continue to reduce debt? Or will they buy or build or both? In the current market, that cash will go a long way.

BTW, I may have mentioned this b4....
a securities lawyer has advised me that SRV will likely want Menorah to go ahead as a class action, rather than dozens or hundreds of seperate cases. Reason being, easier to settle and cheaper to manage. Let's hope that a class is declared.

    Good luck folks.

I'd like to invite you techs out here to review SRV's recent chart pattern. A nearly perfect head and shoulders pattern,( with a higher right shoulder ), followed by a nice double bottom at $3.05. It appears that SRV is moving North of $3.90 in the near term. As for it's weakness causing it to bounce off it's support levels, I'd argue that the DOW dropping 1,200 points in the last 6 weeks had alot to do with that....thank goodness it appears to have held.
