    What Happens Below $5

In my accounts, stocks under $5 are not
marginable. It seems if one is holding SRV in a margin
account and is using margin debt that a MARGIN CALL will
be generated when SRV drops below $5 (and then is
presumably no longer a marginable stock).

    comments??? Is this scenario correct???
    If it is, there
will be a lot of FORCED SALES of SRV for a couple of
days after it closes below 5$---DUE TO FORCED SALES

    • You can't buy it below 5 on margin it doesn't
mean you have to sell the shares you have purchased on
margin unless you are no longer meeting margin
requirements. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend anybody
being on margin in this the most overvalued market in
the history of the U.S. Stockmarket.
