Do you know any stock, like YUII, has a happy ending?
Even we all hope the Yuhe 's problem could be solved with a happy ending, either by going to private or continue listing. I still concern that is a hope and a "dream". Does anybody know a similar case like YUII? What is about the value of the company when they decide to bring to private?
Except for the loss of Vincent the rest of the company is intact - that is a fairly positive sign. The trend with some of the rto's that have tried going private is for mgmt to knock it off cheap. Depending on the price of the stock when issues are settled they may offer $2 or $3 per share. It will be up to us investors to fight back for a fair price.
