    $8 Million Market Cap

    This would be a MICRO MICRO Cap at $20 Million Market Cap.

    These guys look like they want to grow this thing in a big big way.

    They need a couple things...

    Time and Capital.

    If this trades back up to $6...do a 500,000 share capital rise and get $3 Million in cash and it may be off to the races looking out 2-3 years.

      GTIM is a great gamble. Small float means volatility. I've been tracking GTIM ever since I lived in Denver (2000). I now have a small position; bought in at $1.96.

      The stock's cycle is to always have a healthy bounce during the summer months and retracts during the winter. Today is a pleasant surprise.

      What I would like to see is GTIM expand beyond Colorado. Sure, they have a handful of franchises beyond those borders, but the company already has a solid footing in Colorado. They need to grow in other states.

      Look at PZZI...

      Trading at $30 Million Market Cap.

      It has double the sales of GTIM and roughly double the balance sheet.

      BUT...GTIM has a $8.5 Million Market Cap.

      It should seemingly be 1/2 of PZZI's Market Cap since it is roughly half of PZZI's size.

      That would be a $15 Million +/- Market Cap for GTIM.

      That would be around $5 to $5.75 Per Share for GTIM.

        Still see that the market does not value this company on par with other QSR's.

        The PZZI comp is striking. They would need to trade up could trade up 70% to 95% from current levels to be at a comparable valuation to PZZI.

        Is it because of the relatively small region (Denver Metro) area GTIM operates in??

        On the flip side to that thought - doesn't the relatively smallish area Good Times operates mean that it has great potential to expand significantly with the right capital infusion?

        They seem to have a strong position in the Colorado Market.
