Study the volume for daily transactions (see NASDAQ.com real-time price quotes). It tells you that large institutional buying in previous months this summer and fall drove the price to $4 in asymptotic climb. Now, those same buyers are selling to lock in profits before there aren't any. Price action in URRE has nothing to do with uranium prices or China's new atomic power plant development or coffee beans in India --- it's pure speculation and greed that's driving the price. Investors caught up in this euphoria will be trapped.
Like in the movie . . . yes i agree it is a TRAP . . . too bad that i threw in some hard earned profits to learn that lesson in the past 24 hours. . at least with NTWK i've covered much of todays losses . . . better to go with a company with an owner that is confident enough to purchase his own shares . . . than trying to beat a software program that will rip an average investor to shreads when it isn't moving in your (their) direction!
