They had about $5M operating capitol at the end of Sept. If they are spending like they have for the last 2 years then they should have about 2 or 3 months of operating capitol left. They made arrangements to sell their shelf filing piecemeal through BTIG but they havn't sold any stock yet. Last time they diluted it was with 6 months of cash left.

You may be right, its certain that they are close to running out of money, however cameco is footing alot of the bills these days for their joint project. From what Ive been reading, Japan is set to announce a cold shut down of fukushima on dec.16 and china is close to making an announcement about their nuclear ambitions in january. So this could just mean Urre is holding out until january for some crazy dilution (when their stock goes up a bit more) or a sale is coming fast and quiet
