    How diluted are you?

"If you own the stock, dilution is your only hope at this point."

    Oh Hogwash!

Dilution is, has been and will continue to be a disaster.

Do you really think Willmott is hanging on to enhance the value of your holdings or my holding or any other investors holdings.

If ya listened to Clarks last CC and Ewiglebens first CC a couple years back, it was clear that Willmott was considering this path right after the big tumbled.

Give me a break...for 3 years these guys have been putting more of the proceedes of thier offerings into their paychecks than into the company. Go back and look at all the 10K's.

In 3 years they have slowly managed to tranfer some odd 40% of the market cap of the company from the stockholders equity into their personal pockets.
    Don't believe me...GO LOOK!

The game is to hang on...transfer equity...and then dump it.
    It's happening everywhere.

    Geewiz wakeup.

    • So what would you have done differently without raising equity?

Sold the company to a non-existent buyer? Gone to banks or hedge funds or other asset lenders and tried to put debt on the balance sheet? Asked the Navajo's to just forget their legal opposition and play nice? Asked a larger partner to help develop the resource base out of the goodness of their heart?

I'm sure we all are really curious what you have to say besides bemoaning the fact that you apparently bought at an inflated price sometime in 2007 in the midst of a speculative bubble.
