    By Kris Graft

Wii Fit has only been out in Japan for a little over a month, but the exercising game has already sold 1 million units, according to Japans Nikkei business paper.
The game released on December 1, and racked up the million in sales by January 6, according to the report. Wii Fit comes packaged with the weight-sensing Wii Balance Board and retails for 8,800, or about $81.

There is no firm US release date for Wii Fit, although its expected to arrive sometime in 2008.

Wii Fit can be described as an exergaming product that has users performing exercises such as step aerobics, yoga, push-ups and ski-jumping. The game also calculates users BMI (body mass index).
