Nintendo's cash per share and short term investments as of their latest balance sheet was 1.171 trillion yen (between $14 or $15 billion US dollars). Like most companies in Japan, they are debt-averse, so it is correct they have zero debt. The cash per share equates to roughly half of their current market capitalization, so nowhere near $100 per share (more like $13-$14 per share, although I haven't done the exact math).
Financial data is readily available from multiple sources, but note that the data will be in Japanese Yen. Here is the link to Nintendo's IR website for earnings information and financial data:
The last announced dividend (the one with a record date of March 31, 2011) was 310 yen per share, which equates to about .48 cents per ADR using the current USD/JPY exchange rate (remember, one share = 8 ADR).
