Here is an example of why nintendo will be loaded with cash after earnings

here is an example of a game called New Super Mario Bros. U that sold 1.43 million. this is a first party games means they get all the margins, all the profits! the game sold for $60 a game. how much do you get?
you get a revenue with extremely high margins of 850 million dollars from one game! from one device! don't let me start on 3ds software sales...

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Nintendo is losing money on every console sold though since it costs more to make than it sells for. You also have to add in marketing costs, distribution costs, etc. Manufacturing costs will go down in the near future, but only 1 1st party game isn't enough. Give Nintendo a few months and some other 1st party games, but until that point or until manufacturing costs comes down, Nintendo stock will continue to go down. I'm not buying for a while, but give it a year and then Nintendo stock will really start to jump.

      Sentiment: Hold
