    MPs, stressed and Sleuth

Hi sleuth, Welcome to your uphill battle to convince the several hundred readers and posters that your points are with merit. If you are in fact stressed, I like your use of the English word much better than Stressed's.

As to the comments you make, I believe that a good manager can be given credit for his/her actions and the supervisors and corporations can share in the credit for its managers' actions. Conversely, a poorly performing manager is responsible for their actions, and a supervisor and corp must accept some responsiblity for the stae of its teams. Bottom line is this good or bad BF, CC have made normal managers who once were passionate about RI go away. The pattern of Atl must go back to its leaders. If the termination of 15 GMs out of 20 units was deserved then fine.(even though I know that not all of it was in line) But what about the repeated quitting and terming of those replacements. Who is accountable for the selection, motivation , training of those new people. Paul will be replaced within 6 mos. He just doesn't have a grip on it. My guess is KH gets the chance.

David Hall (username Dhalliii), way back when was the first to complain about MP moneys stolen. He posted liek crazy some years ago. Sterling (king of yea men)told many people that RI gave his money back after a year or so just to shut him up on this board. I know that RI will only keep $$ if a partner quits or they have cause to terminate. Charlotte got her $$ back, as did Big D, N point, LaGrange way back, Decatur sayed F you to RI. Woodstock got it back too. Some have gotten screwed over, others not, is my point.

The gravy are the two ATl higher level mgrs that are to screw the RD in the coming month. Good mgrs are actually plotting against the regime. 4 more managers have contacted the circle of posters here about references and other jobs. Sometimes in a situation like this a peer reference will do. For example, in an interview, you could just list an ex-DO or 5 or six other GM's as references. You don't need your current DO or Current GM at all. In ATl, you can just tell a new employer that turnover is so rampant, the market so unstable, that you feel like you need to be on a team that is a winner.

A big win for RI Atl would be the termination of BF. either by CC or SB. That would set a lot at ease here. But alas, once in the Frat, always in the Frat. The big Frat screw-ups get moved not 86'd. Case in point : Johnson( what did he do anyway), Lebouf( bad results), Smith( lived with waitress), Sterling (the Bitch of Hr), Eldridge (old rumors of party/Drug ), Ingram , messed it all up all over and moved around.

Now the Frat involves BF and CC, good for them. They will get moved, you watch!

    • Was thinking of re-applying to RI. I worked under BF, Skipper, Ingram, Smith and others. The insight I've gained from this board is unreal. Can it really have gotten this bad?
I've talked with and hired several former servers that have quit since Team One started, thought like most everything else RI does if you wait long enough it will change especially if it has a negative effect on business (GUEST). Sounds as though the problem isn't just Team One. Is it this bad all over or just
BF and Atlanta? Never cared much for CC but thought BF was pretty good as a GM, although he never really got a handle on Le Pegion Furge.
      All for now, ceeya.

    • Good one!

    • You are a classless bitch and represent BF well. I'm sure RTI management is proud of the public relations campaign you're promoting. By the way dumb ass, a 'spick' is a derogatory reference towards a Puerto Rican, not a Mexican. On that subject, you are obviously not a manager. If you were, you would know that many of our cooks are from south of the border and bust their butts for a living. Consider yourself lucky, all you have to do is spread your legs. If you're the best spokesperson Ruby's has to offer, it's time to close up shop.

    • I fricking knew it! Your one of those fricking SPICKS that have come to our country and used to work real hard. But you hung around to many RT managers and now you think everything should just be given to you! You need to get back on the bus and go back to Mexico!

    • Yo recuerdo cuando Senor Sterling ere todas personas amigos tambien. En el dia, yo recuerdo cuando Sr. Sterling no tiene una espalda. Pinche punto.

Buenos noches Senor LSU. Low Scum Usuck.

    • i am not the former "streesed" as I said.
your comments were actually pretty good. some I agree with, some I do not. I do not think it was stolen money, as you said, quitting or cause is the reason of no money returned..... you know, even on the sopranos Tony gets a surprise or 2.... so, you may think you know more about a friend than you really do..... i have also known the area for a very long time.... i agree some of them should not be gone... but for the majority there were issues.... some of the post circle is slinging so much mud you really dont give some a chance... km has been to my unit and i learned a lot, there is more credit to that one than the circle gives... and no, i am not getting promoted

      • Youre giving yourself away. Why do you refer to stressed as the former stressed unless you have first hand knowledge that stressed is finished posting? How do you claim to have such knowledge of issues with a majority of former managers and partners unless you are in bed, both figuratively and literally, with the DOs or above?

Since you claim to have known the area for a very long time you should also be aware that the rules are enforced selectively as is the return of the partner stock investment. Atlanta has been so screwed up for so long yet those who did the damage got promoted. The person who should be fired is Bart yet you completely avoided that subject matter. Like I said, youre giving yourself away.

    • That's a WOW. The majority of these men came out of ATL. Perhaps one day on CNNFI we will see "Whatever happened to? The Ruby Tuesday Story!"
