I'm trying to help people out fdigiovanni. They are selling stores like hot cakes year over year, assets trendline decreasing, liabilities increasing. Zero niche. Seems like they have a good presence in New York, but outside of that one restaurant this company stinks. Its only moved up this high because of the overall market doing so well. This is an easy short in my mind.
Ruby's is a shell of what it used to be. Their only claim to fame, their salad bar, has even paid the price for their cost cutting and mismanagement. Maybe we will have to wait for the next recession for them to make some more bad decisions (remodel in the middle of an economic downturn) and finally put the nail in their coffin.
